Woodpeckers Pocket Compass outshines traditional divider-style compasses in accuracy, safety, and convenience. Dividers can slip and scratch your work, but the Pocket Compass stays stable, precise, and pocket-safe. The smaller pocket compass draws circles from 1" to 7" while fitting easily in your pocket—about the size of a butane lighter. The XL version draws circles from 2" to a generous 21". Or, get the best of both worlds and order the set. Unlike divider compasses, the Pocket Compass rests flat on your workpiece for smooth, controlled marking. Adjust the two-piece body to your desired radius, remove the stainless-steel pivot pin from its storage port, set it into your axis point, drop a pencil through the matching hole, and draw your arc. Because the tool lies flat, you can reposition your hand anytime without losing your layout. Each Pocket Compass is CNC-machined from aluminum, anodized in Woodpecker Red for corrosion protection, and laser engraved with inch and metric scales accurate to ±.004" over the full length.
