The Woodhaven 526 Professional Coping Sled is built for router table and shaper cope cuts with two inboard toggle clamps, an 11-3/4" adjustable steel miter bar with 6 mounting positions, and two feed handles. Holds stock up to 6" wide and 1-3/4" thick. Made in the USA.

• SAFEST WAY TO MAKE COPE CUTS ON A ROUTER TABLE OR SHAPER. The 526 holds stock up to 6" wide and 1-3/4" thick firmly against the 12" Ultra Track fence while two adjustable feed handles keep your hands well clear of the bit. Works in the miter slot or against the fence so no exposed end grain ever passes the bit unsupported. Don't try to cope without it.
• TWO 500 LB. INBOARD TOGGLE CLAMPS ON ULTRA TRACK FENCE. The 526 steps up from the 528 with a second toggle clamp, giving you 1,000 lbs. of combined clamping force across your workpiece. Both clamps position anywhere along the full 12" Ultra Track fence to accommodate varying stock widths and profiles with zero movement during the cut.
• LARGER HEAVY DUTY 1/2" PHENOLIC BASE FOR ADDED STABILITY. The 11-5/8" x 11-3/4" phenolic base is larger than the 528 and stays perfectly flat under heavy clamping. Will not distort from clamp pressure cut after cut, making the 526 the preferred choice for cabinet shops and production work where repeatability matters.
• ADJUSTABLE STEEL MITER BAR WITH 6 MOUNTING LOCATIONS. The 11-3/4" x 3/4" steel miter bar adjusts for a snug, slop-free fit in your miter slot and mounts in 6 different positions for optimal placement on your specific table. Also works fence-only with no miter bar for shapers and router tables without miter slots. Optional 525S Flip Stop available for fast, repeatable setups on production runs. Optional 6305R Riser Kit (one per clamp) expands stock capacity to 2-3/4" thick.
