This VELUX flashing comes with adhesive underlayment for additional protection.The VELUX lowprofile shingle roof flashing is made for asphalt shingles, wood shakes, or slate (up to 1/2 in. thickness) lowprofile roofing materials. It is used for VELUX FS/VS/VSE/VSS C08 and C12 models. This Deck Mount step flashing kit works with standard sitebuilt curbs. In combination with the new VELUX FS/VS/VSE/VSS skylight, EDL flashing ensures a 3rd layer of water protection. The VELUX EDL C12 0000B has a roof pitch between 14 and 85 degrees. The installation is easy, it does not need any caulk or sealants. Neutral gray aluminum color fits most roofs.
