The Reecom R-200 is a new compact NOAA weather alert radio, equipped with Reecom proprietary technology - fast tracking and decoding S.A.M.E. alert signals reliably. In case of power outage usually happening during emergency, the radio will run on 4 'AA' size alkaline back-up batteries (not included), lasting for 280 Hours for single channel / station monitoring or 120 Hours for 7 channels / stations monitoring in standby mode. Not only can the radio monitor local NOAA station for alerts, but also be able to simultaneously monitor other receivable NOAA channels / stations in standby mode - a unique advanced feature. The radio includes variety features: 1). Easy programming, lets you to set your local NOAA channel/station monitoring for home use or multi-channel/station monitoring for outdoors, Voice EOM (End Of Message) or Voice Timer Alert Mode and Defeat Siren options. 2).
