PneumaticPlus SAD400 Compressed Air Particualte and Coalescing Filters Replacement Auto Drain Kit (Internal Float Drain)

When draining manually, push one touch fitting upward. Installation: 1) Drop Drain Kits into bowl in position. 2) Install and tighten nut firmly with wrench. Use care to avoid stripping the plastic threads on the drain. 3) Filter must be installed in vertical, downstream position for proper function. This is the Internal Float-Operated Drain Valves which are a universal replacement for most Manufacturer's Filter/Separator Housings float type drain. (Please check diameter of outlet) A Normally Open drain is Automatic and closed when pressurized, which operates when the float rises due to accumulated liquid, discharging condensate and debris from within the filter bowl. Also operates when the air-line is depressurized, for example at the end of a shift. When the system is pressurized, it will remain closed but the drain may be operated manually by push the fitting upward
