Studies suggest that Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) affects about 0.5% to 2% of the general population.Unfortunately, I happen to be one of those who suffer from this disease.While there are established treatment plans for OLP, none of them worked for me—just my bad luck.So, I was forced to take matters into my own hands and do my own research. I developed my own approach to managing the disease, and now, things are looking much better. In fact, the disease is even starting to reverse. It will likely take a couple of years before it’s completely gone, but at least it's not getting worse.The information in this book reflects my personal experiences with the disease. I’m sharing it in the hope that it may serve as a helpful resource for others living with OLP, or for anyone seeking ideas to complement their current treatment plans.This book could also be useful for those who know someone with the condition and want to better understand what that person is going through.Additionally, parts of this book may offer value to those with other autoimmune diseases.
