Regular bolts would either allow the bar to move (too small), or require you to DRILL out (too large) parts of your frame to fit them. We went with high grade, extra strength steel and plated them zinc and yellow dichromate for max rust resistance. We've include upgraded nylock nuts and discreet washers so this critical joint can't come loose.
