Gear Shield extra-heavy grease is a thick, tacky and adhesive open gear grease for adverse conditions, while Gear Shield low temp is for cold weather applications. This grease has lubricated the gears more satisfactorily and extended the gear life considerably over applications previously experienced using other gear compounds.
