This Dixon hose fitting is made of brass with a stainless steel hose shank and connects hose to a NPT ball type straight swivel connection. This washdown spray gun swivel connector has a barbed end to create a tight seal on a hose when used with a hose clamp or crimp sleeve or ferrule (not included) and a National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connection for connecting to female NPT threaded connections. This fitting has a swivel body and a stainless steel shank for resistance to rust and corrosion and an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) gasket for resistance to weathering, ozone, UV light, electricity, oils, water, steam, and some solvents.
