To avoid bleed-through: 1. Always add 4030 Balancing Clear 30% or more per volume to Candy2o colors for improved flow & adhesion. 2. Use 4040 as non-reactive barrier over Candy2o. DO NOT REDUCE. 3. Allow colors to dry matte before applying more coats. Made in USA
