Place screw end of flexible neck into screw mount bracket. 3. Place screw mount bracket over top of the frame with the screw holes facing the back of frame. 4.Drill a pilot hole for each screw.Insert up to three screws (included) through the holes in the screw mount bracket to secure properly. 5. Adjust neck and tilt head to desired position. *Do NOT put screws through picture. Check to make sure the screw mount is secure.
