World Day against Trafficking in Persons is marked in the world today.
The 2nd workshop for NGOs to deliver coordinated services to victims of trafficking (VOTs) with accent on cross-border referrals.

The US State Department published TIP (Trafficking in Persons) Report on June 29th . The TIP Report aims at global awareness raising of human trafficking by drawing attention to different aspects of this phenomenon and pointing to individual and joint efforts of the international communities.
Last year came to an end with horrific images of slave labour markets in Libya, and a further UN Security Council resolution that both condemned human trafficking and expressed grave concern at the exploitation of children forcibly displaced by conflict.
International Organisation for Migration (IOM) organised a two-day Conference within the project „Enhancing Counter Trafficking Crisis in the Western Balkans“, taking place in hotel Avaria in Budva, Montenegro on September 19-20, 2017.
